The Bear Pit SE1
The Bear Pit takes its name from the sixteenth century theatre and bear baiting arena that once stood in this historic South Bank setting.
The development consists of twenty five apartments of varying size, from one to three bed, including two penthouse apartments with large balconies. On part of the the ground floor of the building is a commercial restaurant space.
This project was divided into two parts; the construction of a contemporary development and the conversion of a Grade II listed factory into two town houses. For further information on the conversion of a factory into two town houses refer to the Union Works project.
