A feasibility study for an urban infill sites in Bermondsey, SE London.
Our solution was to maximise the site’s potential by introducing three large blocks of residential accomodation on the upper floors with community and commerical uses on the ground floor.
In order to appeal to a wide market the flats were designed in a variety of unit sizes ranging from one to three beds, with three larger penthouses on the top floors.
