We took an existing planning consent for this site and through thoughtful amendments managed to get a new planning permission for significant additional residential and commercial accommodation on the site
Newspaper House is a purpose built development situated in the heart of London’s South Bank. The building is mixed use and consists of nine apartments across the three upper floors of the building over three floors of commercial space on the lower floors.
The project comprises of a mixture of two and three bedroom apartments and duplexes, including four luxurious penthouse units with double height spaces and private balconies.
