Union Works Southbank
Union Works is the conversion of a Grade II listed warehouse building into two elegant luxury town houses in the Southbank area of SE London. The design carefully combines the buildings original features, such as the original exposed wooden beams, with sophisticated contemporary design.
Both townhouses have been specified to the highest level including; fully tiled honed limestone bathrooms with designer sanitary ware, bespoke Poliform kitchens with top of the range appliances, zoned underfloor heating, high level security, fully built-in audio visual equipment and luxury wide oak floor boarding stained to match the exposed wooden beams.
This project was divided into two parts; the conversion of a Grade II listed factory into two town houses and the construction of a contemporary development. For further information on the contemporary development refer to the Bear Pit project.
