Thompson & Baroni worked with a private developer to gain planning permission and the change of use of a difficult site, which drastically increased the sites potential and value.
The existing site consisted of a disued gym building and town house. Thompson & Baroni worked on several schemes and gradually developed a scheme that included extending the existing townhouse and change the gym into three family size residential units with off street parking.
