On private commissions our scope extends from project strategising, sketch proposals and planning applications through project detailed design and tendering to traditional contract administration and project management all the way through to turn- key delivery where everything is considered and managed to a seamless handover.
We specialise in delivering planning consents in all boroughts and areas of London that push the boundaries of the potential of the houses we work on. Our track record includes successfully working with private landlords such as the Grosvenor Estate in Belgravia, the Dulwich Estate in South London and the Hampstead Garden Suburb Trust in north London.
Each project and client is unique and we pride ourselves on responding to each commission with an open- minded approach that allows the aspirations of the client to be realised and surpassed.
In the realisation of private houses we work with select specialists and suppliers that are leaders in their field to create either one- off pieces or top specification best in class products. We are able to use this experience of working with the very best to help us deliver more budget conscious solutions that still can achieve the high quality and design standards. We have worked with specialist manufacturers to create one-off staircases, kitchens and furniture and even a specially constructed bespoke underground car park lift and store for a client's Lamborghini collection.
