We undertook the complete renovation and refurbishment of this prestigious mews house behind Eaton Square in Belgravia. Our duties included full architectural services, cost management, project management and client representative.
The house was stripped back to a shell condition and the internal layout completely reconfigured including the creation of a new basement and the inclusion of a glass lift extending all the way through the house with a minimalist tiled staircase wrapped around it.
Heating was through underfloor heating and air conditioning was provided to all rooms.
Internal finishes included slabs to ground, basement and bathroom walls and floors. Bespoke Italian joinery and sliding glass doors completed the backdrop for the clients chandelier and funiture collection.
Planning consent was granted by Westminster Council. We obtained a Licence to Alter from the Grosvenor Estate and implemented the works in collaboration their surveyors Murray Birrell.
